The York County Health Coalition is a Child and Community Well-Being collaborative dedicated to supporting open and guided access to resources for the success of individuals, children, and families in York County, Nebraska.
Community Response
York County Health Coalition also offers Community Response (CR) for more short-term support. CR is designed to help families with children through a time of crisis. With the support of a Central Navigator and Family Advocate, families with children are supported in their path to self-sufficiency. For more information contact our Coordinator at 402-363-9946
